ALDI is a popular discount grocery retailer that operates 1,700 U.S. stores in 35 states. A simple, cost-effective business model allows ALDI to pass massive savings to shoppers.

The challenge

ALDI was experiencing low engagement on their homepage. In addition, any updates would prove to be challenging given the limitations of their current site architecture and CMS platform. The turnaround time for this project was 2 weeks.

the solution

Re-architect the homepage to increase clickthrough rates on promotional tiles.  Increase product exposure and minimize dead-ends.
